"***** I had another excellent experience here at the Marcela Ruppert agency in Kings Park. I just needed some advice on how to insure another car that I'm buying from someone in Virginia that I will be bringing up here eventually. As always, I got excellent care at this agency. I sat with Lynn, who spent at least 45 minutes looking at my information and giving me all the information I needed. What was especially helpful was how nice she was and how nice everyone in the agency has been trying to help me. I am very very satisfied not only with the prices I get here but with the kind, friendly, knowledgeable service. I recommend this agency to anyone who would like to get insurance. I went into the Kings Park area State Farm office because I had a few questions and needed some advice. I just happened to be at the desk of Julianna Gomez who invited me to sit down. I left their feeling so good and treated so so fairly. Julianna was not only very very knowledgeable about what she does there but also extremely kind, helpful, and very friendly. I really appreciate whenever I get that kind of service. She spoke so well for the Kings Park agency."

"I never… leave a review, but doing business with State Farm has brought me to this. I have been with them for 4 years . Every 6 months they renew my homeowners and auto policy and every 6 months it goes up for one reason or another and not because of my record. I have a perfect driving record , no accidents EVER no tickets and no claims for homeowners. I am being targeted without any reasonable explanation for the increase. I am a senior and should be able to live life without worrying about insurance companies every 6 months. The last incident was I decreased my coverage a bit to lower the cost which lasted one month and then the premium was back up to what I was originally paying ( blaming the increase on tariffs ) so now I have less coverage but still paying the same amount as before. Avoid the kings park branch!! All of these reviews are people just starting , ..new customers. Wait a couple of years and you will all see what I am talking about….."
